Premium City 3bed Apartment with Gated 2 car parks

Superb 3-bed apartment/townhouse very close to the centre of Christchurch. All rooms were spacious and airy, and each had its own bathroom. Well-appointed kitchen and lounge/dining area, and decent sized garage.The property was clean throughout and the complimentary snacks and drinks were much appreciated! The location is amazing, a 5 minute walk to the centre of Cashel Mall and to the nearby Fresh Choice supermarket, and only a little further to Riverside Markets and EntX. Also amazingly placed for the Rugby or any other events at One.NZ Stadium. Good communications with Matt and Bev as hosts, and will definitely stay again.Family of four with two teenagers.

One of the best premium properties I have ever stayed at. Everything was better than described. This property has a lot of stairs, so it’s not great if you have limited mobility. All the amenities were top-notch, including all the basics you need for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, sugar). Nice, big showers (2) and a bathtub. Perfect for families: big, master suite with bath, 2x double beds next door, with a bath in the hall, and a 3rd bedroom on the ground floor, with bath in the hall, that is private for an older child or an additional couple. Plus, giant tv and gas fireplace in living room. Highly recommended.

Just wonderfull. Great location. Luxuary fitout.

Positive: Great central location for walking into town and/or the new stadium which was only a few mins walk away. A great welcome back of goodies. Negative: The dual washer/dryer doesn't really do a great job as a dryer. Only 1 x set of towels for stays less then 5 nights. This isn't ideal with no real dryer.

Awesome place. Recommend. Positive: Location was superb, hosts were very responsive and helpful, the apartment was clean and comfortable and pretty luxurious. We were really happy with the place. Negative: The dryer didn't work so well.
