Premium City 3bed Apartment with Gated 2 car parks

Comfortable, luxurious, deeply restful. Positive: Such a homely feel, a beautiful, spacious apartment. Very restful, wonderful facilities, great TV. Negative: If we had to say something, some of the bedrooms could have more of a personal touch. They felt a bit less homely.

Wonderful stay and the best part of our Christchurch leg ❤️ Positive: This apartment is spacious, extremely clean and super well-located. For such a large apartment, we would not have been surprised if there were areas that were a little dusty etc but this apartment was just spotless throughout. Parking here is convenient, with an indoors garage leading directly into the home and another lot right outside the garage. The location is fabulous though so we left the car behind for a couple of days and walked to town, to the tram etc. Bev is very kind and provided us with clear instructions and was super responsive throughout our trip. We will be looking out for their apartments when we visit NZ in future! Negative: Not something I did not like as we did not have an issue, more a note for future guests - there are stairs here which is also indicated in the listing, so guests with mobility issues can stay on level 1 with a full bedroom and bathroom (same level as the garage) without needing to climb any stairs, and will need to take a flight of stairs up to the living and kitchen area. The stairs area is well-lit with a support handrail which is good for older folks.
