Central Modern Luxury perfect for families. Positive: Very comfortable modern apartment convenient to the city. Master bedroom was large and luxurious. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Was a warm apartment with cozy fire ambience and extra food basket details were great. Parking with garage and extra park was helpful as city parking is not easy in central ChCh Negative: It was nicer and more spacious than the photos showed.

A flawless stay that combined comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. Positive: We stayed at Matt and Bev’s beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in the heart of Christchurch city centre for four nights during own recent work trip. The apartment was modern, spacious, and very well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were three of us travelling, so it was fantastic that each bedroom had its own bathroom—giving us all our own space while still being able to enjoy the shared living area. The central location made it easy to get to get around and enjoy the city’s restaurants and cafés. Matt and Bev were wonderful hosts—friendly, responsive, and attentive—making sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. We’d happily return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Christchurch. Negative: We have no negatives to mention—everything exceeded expectations. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Each of us had our own private space, while the shared areas were perfect for relaxing or catching up after work. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of Christchurch yet quiet and comfortable. Combined with Matt and Bev’s warm hospitality, there really wasn’t anything more we could have asked for.
