City Break Cottage for couples 27 mins CHC Airport

Lovely peaceful setting and yet convenient to Christchurch city and surrounds Positive: We had a great 3 night stay at the cottage. We arrived a bit later than planned when it was dark and a little cold outside, so it was lovely to walk into the cottage which was really warm, well prepared and with lights on to welcome us. Very comfortable and cosy bed. Hosts Matt and Bev were very helpful throughout our stay and communicating how to get there and very responsive to any questions we had. Lovely peaceful rural location on the edge of Christchurch but still within easy reach to the city and surrounds. Hosts also very flexible in arranging a late checkout on our final day. We enjoyed our stay very much and the highlight was the three tiny bunnies that played for hours in the front grass. Positive: Very relaxing, beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly want or need. The cottage is so warm and the bed is very comfortable.

Great place to start our journey through New Zealand Positive: Upon arrival at this booking, I proposed to my girlfriend, marking the true beginning of our journey through New Zealand. In consultation with the host, i was able to arrange some extra decorations for an additional cost, including champagne, local wine, and various decorations. It exceeded all our expectations. The roses came from the garden of the in-laws, which we also had the chance to visit—a highly recommended experience if you appreciate beautifully maintained gardens within walking distance.
